Mission

What is Mission? Jesus Christ, as He left this earth, gave His followers, the great commission - the great commandment - to go into the whole world with the message of his love and salvation. That is our aim and our mission. And that is what "Mission" is - the effort by committed Christians to go or send into their own neighborhoods and the worldwide neighborhood, the message, the witness, the example of what Christ can do to and for a life, a community, and a world. Anything we do toward that end can be considered a part of our mission program.
